Ham and Swiss Cracker Melts

Ingredients:
1 box of buttery crackers (like Ritz or your favorite)
1/2 lb deli ham, sliced
1/2 lb Swiss cheese, sliced
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Lay out your crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3️⃣ Place a slice of ham on top of each cracker, then top with a slice of Swiss cheese.
4️⃣ In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush the top of each cracker melt with the butter mixture.
5️⃣ Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6️⃣ Garnish with chopped chives and serve warm!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
🍽 Servings: 12-15 cracker melts
