Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
2 green onions, sliced (optional)

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
Stir in the shredded chicken, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon. Mix until well combined.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the chicken mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese and the rest of the crumbled bacon over the top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with sliced green onions if desired, and serve hot!
