Peach and Avocado Green Salad

Ingredients:
4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or lettuce)
2 ripe peaches, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup pecans, toasted
1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
For the Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced peaches, avocado, toasted pecans, and crumbled feta or goat cheese. Sprinkle with fresh basil.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately and enjoy the vibrant mix of flavors!
