Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
8 oz lasagna noodles, cooked
20 slices pepperoni
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer cooked lasagna noodles on top, followed by a layer of the ricotta cheese mixture and then more meat sauce. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with meat sauce.
Top with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
