
Ingredients:
2 lbs cubed steak
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Season the cubed steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a crock pot, layer the sliced onions on the bottom.
Place the cubed steak on top of the onions.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour the mixture over the cubed steak, ensuring everything is coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the steak is tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
