2 cups cooked shredded chicken
½ cup buffalo sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup ranch dressing
4 large flour tortillas
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined.
Lay each tortilla flat and spread an even layer of the buffalo chicken mixture over each one.
Tightly roll up the tortillas, making sure the filling is evenly distributed.
Refrigerate the rolled tortillas for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Slice each tortilla roll into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange them on a serving platter.
Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.
