Chicken Parmesan Rolls

Ingredients:
1 lb pizza dough
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 cup marinara sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with marinara sauce until evenly coated.
Spread the chicken mixture over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Carefully roll the dough up from one end, creating a log shape, and pinch the seams to seal.
Place the roll on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
