Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Ingredients:
1 can Pillsbury biscuits
8 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut in half
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin.
Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit. Wrap the biscuit dough around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Brush each cheese bomb with the garlic butter mixture, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Place the cheese bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
