Crispy Parmesan Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup flour
2 large eggs, beaten
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Olive oil spray

Directions:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Set up your breading station: In one bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Then, dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture. Press lightly to ensure the breadcrumbs stick well.
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer, making sure they aren’t overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches.
Spray the tops of the chicken tenders with olive oil spray for extra crispiness.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
