Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup cooked ham, diced
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
Layer Chicken and Ham: Spread the shredded chicken evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish, followed by a layer of diced ham.
Prepare the Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Top with Cheese and Sauce: Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the chicken and ham. Pour the sauce mixture over the top, spreading it evenly.
Prepare Breadcrumbs: In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle this over the top of the casserole.
Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
