Apple Blueberry Greek Yogurt Cake

Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 medium apples, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Directions:
Prepare the batter: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract.
Mix dry ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.
Assemble the cake: Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch cake pan. Arrange the apple slices and blueberries on top of the batter in a decorative pattern.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and serve: Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
