Surf and Turf Cajun Alfredo

Ingredients:
For the Cajun Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Steak Medallions:
1 lb steak (filet mignon or sirloin), cut into medallions
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Alfredo Pasta:
8 oz fettuccine
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the shrimp: Toss the shrimp in Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the steak medallions: Season the steak medallions with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the medallions for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your liking. Remove and let rest.
Make the Alfredo sauce: In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Slowly whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine: Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
Assemble: Serve the creamy Alfredo pasta topped with Cajun shrimp and steak medallions. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
