1 tbsp orange zest
1/4 cup whole milk or almond milk

Directions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round 9-inch cake pan.
Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Whisk wet ingredients: In another bowl, beat sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually whisk in olive oil, orange juice, orange zest, and milk.
Combine and pour: Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
