Gooey Apple Butter Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup apple butter
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons apple butter
1 tablespoon milk

Directions:
Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir in the melted butter and buttermilk to form a soft dough.
Roll and fill: On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread the apple butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll and cut: Starting from one long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Slice into 1-inch rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
Bake: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the glaze: While the rolls are baking, mix the powdered sugar, apple butter, and milk until smooth.
Drizzle and serve: Once the rolls are out of the oven, drizzle the apple butter glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls and serve immediately.
