
Ingredients:
8 oz lo mein noodles
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 cup carrots, julienned
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Directions:
Cook the noodles: Boil the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Cook the shrimp: In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the vegetables: In the same skillet, add garlic, onions, and carrots. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Combine everything: Add the cooked noodles and shrimp to the skillet. Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss everything together to coat evenly.
Garnish and serve: Top with fresh green onions and garnish with parsley or cilantro. Serve hot and enjoy!
