2 Ingredient Bagel Bites

Ingredients:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Toppings:
Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water)
Optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or coarse salt

Directions:
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the dough: In a medium bowl, mix the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms. If it’s too sticky, add a little more flour.
Shape the bagels: Divide the dough into small portions. Roll each portion into a ball and poke a hole in the center to form a mini bagel shape.
Add toppings: Brush each bagel bite with egg wash and sprinkle your choice of toppings.
Bake: Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
Serve: Let the bagels cool slightly before serving. Perfect for a quick snack or breakfast!
