
Ingredients:
4-6 cubed steaks
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the crock pot: Place the cubed steaks in the bottom of your crock pot.
Mix the sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook the steaks: Pour the sauce mixture over the cubed steaks in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the steaks are tender and the sauce has thickened.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Pair with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables for a hearty meal.
