Directions:
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking dish.
Prepare the butternut squash: In a large bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Add the sausage: Place the seasoned butternut squash and sausage pieces into the prepared baking dish, mixing them together evenly.
Bake: Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the squash is tender and the sausage is cooked through.
Serve: Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and serve hot.
