Coconut Almond Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:
12 oz dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup roasted almonds
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup caramel (optional for drizzle)
Sea salt for sprinkling

Directions:
Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth and fully melted.
Spread the chocolate: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted chocolate, spreading it into an even layer.
Add toppings: While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the roasted almonds and coconut flakes evenly across the top. Drizzle with caramel (optional) and lightly sprinkle sea salt over everything.
Chill: Place the tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
Break and serve: Once firm, break the chocolate bark into bite-sized pieces. Store in an airtight container.
