Chicken Parmesan Rolls

Ingredients:
1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
Add filling: Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
Roll it up: Starting from one of the longer sides, carefully roll the dough into a log shape. Pinch the seams to seal.
Season and bake: Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Serve: Let the roll cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
