
Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz) Pillsbury biscuits
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare biscuits: Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit with your fingers.
Add cheese: Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
Make garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Coat and bake: Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls on the baking sheet. Brush each with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!
