Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
1/2 cup heavy cream (optional, for the creamy version)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a grill, preheat it on medium-high.
Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, cut down the shell of each lobster tail lengthwise to expose the meat. Carefully pull the meat out of the shell, resting it on top while still attached at the base.
Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. If you’re opting for the creamy version, whisk in the heavy cream.
Coat the Lobster: Generously brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring every inch is covered.
Bake or Grill the Lobster:
Oven: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster is fully cooked (internal temperature of 140°F).
Grill: Place lobster tails shell-side down and grill for 8-10 minutes, basting with garlic butter throughout the cooking process.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle extra garlic butter sauce over the top. Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
