Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork (or ground beef)
1 small onion, diced
4 cups cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, julienned
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp sriracha (optional)
1 egg (fried or soft-boiled for topping)
Green onions, sliced for garnish
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
Stir in shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add sriracha for a spicy kick, if desired, and mix well.
Serve the mixture in bowls, topped with a fried or soft-boiled egg.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for extra flavor.
