
Ingredients:
1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cut into fry-shaped sticks
8-10 slices of bacon, cut in half
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash fries with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Wrap each fry with half a slice of bacon and place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the squash is tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
