
Ingredients:
16 large button mushrooms, stems removed
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Extra Parmesan and parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the stuffed mushrooms.
Place the mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
Garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley before serving.
