
Ingredients:
1 lb penne or rigatoni pasta
1 lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cups marinara sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage and ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir to coat the pasta evenly.
Transfer half of the pasta mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Layer with half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Add the cooked sausage, ground beef, pepperoni slices, and crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
Pour the remaining pasta mixture on top and finish with the rest of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
