Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked corn
1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped
4 large tortillas
1/4 cup ranch or garlic aioli (optional)

Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken strips with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown on the outside.
While the chicken is cooking, mix the mozzarella and cheddar cheese in a bowl.
Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave until soft and pliable.
Place a handful of the cheese mixture, some cooked chicken, corn, and chopped spinach onto each tortilla.
Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps and optionally grill them for 2-3 minutes per side to make them crispy and melt the cheese inside.
Serve hot with ranch or garlic aioli for dipping. Enjoy!
