Cookie Puff Pastry

Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, or your choice)
Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until it’s smooth. Brush the surface with melted butter.
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
Roll up the puff pastry sheet into a tight log. Slice into 1-inch pieces and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Top each piece with a few dried fruits and press them gently into the dough.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Allow to cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
