Mango Chia Fruit Salad

Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 cup fresh raspberries

1 cup fresh blackberries

2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Directions

Prepare the fruit. In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, raspberries, blackberries, kiwi slices, and pineapple chunks.

Add chia seeds. Sprinkle the chia seeds over the fruit and gently toss to combine.

Garnish and serve. Add fresh mint leaves for garnish if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy this colorful, refreshing salad.
