Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups

Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

4 large eggs, scrambled

1/2 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)

Directions

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 190°C or 375°F.

Prepare the dough: Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.

Add the fillings: On each dough triangle, place some scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.

Roll it up: Roll the dough starting from the wide end, making sure the filling stays inside.

Bake: Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.

Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy warm for a perfect breakfast or brunch.
