4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions
Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, ranch seasoning mix, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
Marinate the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Grill the chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the chicken is golden with grill marks.
Serve: Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides like grilled vegetables or a salad.
