1 large French bread loaf
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Prepare the bread: Slice the French bread loaf in a criss-cross pattern without cutting all the way through, creating small pockets to fill.
Mix the filling: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with ranch dressing.
Stuff the bread: Fill the pockets of the bread with the chicken-ranch mixture. Add shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken mixture, pushing it into the pockets. Sprinkle chopped bacon on top.
Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter over the top of the bread for extra flavor.
Bake: Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
