Chicken Bacon Ranch Pinwheels

Ingredients

1 cup cooked and shredded chicken

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons ranch dressing or ranch seasoning

4 large flour tortillas

Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix well until evenly combined.

Assemble the Pinwheels
Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the chicken mixture over it, reaching the edges.
Roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

Chill and Slice
Refrigerate the rolled tortillas for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.

Garnish and Serve
Arrange pinwheels on a platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley or green onions.
