Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 strips bacon

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut each chicken breast into 4 long, thin strips.
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken strips to the bowl and toss them in the brown sugar mixture.
Wrap each chicken strip with a bacon strip and place them into a baking dish.
Sprinkle any remaining brown sugar over the top of the chicken.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is cooked through and crispy.
