Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup Alfredo sauce
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Take a small portion of the mixture, flatten it, and place a small amount of shredded mozzarella in the center.
Fold the meat mixture around the cheese to form a meatball, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.
Place the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
While meatballs bake, melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Stir in Alfredo sauce and heat until warm.
Once meatballs are ready, drizzle the creamy garlic butter Alfredo sauce over them. Serve hot and enjoy!
