Loaded Mac and Cheese with Bacon

Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni
4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (for topping)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions:
1 Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
2 Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3 In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4 Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream, cooking until the sauce thickens.
5 Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
6 Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
7 Top with crumbled bacon and panko breadcrumbs. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
8 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
