Blackberry Balsamic and Brie Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
4 slices sourdough bread
1/4 cup blackberry preserves
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
6 oz Brie cheese, sliced
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions:
Prepare the Blackberry Balsamic Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the blackberry preserves with the balsamic vinegar until well combined.
Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread the blackberry balsamic mixture on one side of two slices of sourdough bread. Top each slice with a generous amount of Brie cheese and a handful of fresh blackberries. Place the remaining slices of bread on top.
Grill the Sandwiches: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spread softened butter on the outside of each sandwich. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the Brie is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Serve: Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
