The melted cheese and spinach inside the chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, and minced garlic until well combined.
Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to slice all the way through.
Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and cheese mixture, then secure with toothpicks if needed.
Season the outside of the chicken breasts with onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the chicken breasts to the prepared baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy with your favorite side dish!
