Giant Cinnamon Roll Cake

Ingredients:
For the Dough:
4 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole milk, warmed
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 and 1/4 tsp dry yeast
1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
For the Filling:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp milk

Directions:
Make the Dough: In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the softened butter, eggs, and yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, until doubled in size.
Prepare the Filling: In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
Assemble the Cake: Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a large rectangle (about 12×18 inches). Spread the cinnamon filling evenly over the dough. Cut the dough lengthwise into 6 long strips.
Roll up one strip of dough and place it in the center of a greased 9-inch round cake pan. Take the next strip, wrap it around the first roll, and repeat with the remaining strips until you have one giant cinnamon roll in the pan.
Cover the cake and let it rise again for 30-45 minutes until puffy.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown on top. If the top is browning too quickly, cover it loosely with aluminum foil halfway through baking.
Make the Frosting: While the cake cools slightly, prepare the cream cheese frosting by beating the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk, and beat until creamy.
Spread the frosting over the warm cinnamon roll cake before serving.
