Crock Pot Mississippi Beef Chops

Ingredients:
4 boneless beef chops (or beef steaks)
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter
6-8 pepperoncini peppers
1/4 cup pepperoncini juice (from the jar)

Directions:
Prepare the Meat: Place the beef chops in the bottom of your crock pot.
Add Seasonings: Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chops.
Add Butter and Peppers: Place the butter on top of the seasoned chops, then scatter the pepperoncini peppers over the meat. Pour the pepperoncini juice around the chops for extra flavor.
Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or until the beef chops are tender and easily pulled apart.
Serve: Serve the chops with the sauce and peppers from the crock pot. They pair perfectly with mashed potatoes, rice, or your favorite veggies.
