Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup croutons
1/2 cup Caesar dressing

Directions:
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Grill or cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Top the salad with sliced chicken and serve immediately.
