Ingredients:
4 bone-in pork chops
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each pork chop into the melted butter, then coat evenly with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a lightly greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the coating is golden brown.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
