Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped (or fresh if you prefer more heat)
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
6 slider buns
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, chopped jalapeños, smoked paprika, and ground cumin. Mix until well combined.
Stuff the Sliders: Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Spoon the cooked beef mixture evenly over each bun. Top with a generous dollop of the cheesy mixture.
Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the slider buns are slightly toasted.
Serve: Remove from the oven and serve the sliders hot. Enjoy!
