2 flatbreads or naan
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare chicken: In a bowl, toss the cooked chicken with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Assemble the flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the flatbreads.
Add chicken: Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the cheese layer on each flatbread.
Top with cheese: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are slightly crispy.
Finish and serve: Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing. Garnish with sliced green onions and fresh cilantro or parsley. Slice and serve hot.
