Turkish Flatbread (Bazlama)

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, yogurt, olive oil, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead the Dough: Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour as needed.
Let It Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Shape the Flatbreads: Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten each ball into a round disc about 1/4-inch thick.
Cook the Flatbreads: Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown spots appear and the bread puffs up slightly.
Finish and Serve: Brush the hot flatbreads with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm, either on their own or with your favorite dips and spreads.
