
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
I. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
II. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the cheddar cheese soup, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
III. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
IV. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
V. Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
VI. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
