Homemade Italian Stromboli

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds pizza dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 pound sliced pepperoni
1/4 pound sliced salami (optional)
1/4 pound sliced ham (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Directions:
I. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
II. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 12×14 inches.
III. Layer the sliced pepperoni, salami, and ham evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
IV. Starting from one of the long edges, carefully roll up the dough into a tight log, sealing the edges by pinching the dough together.
V. Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
VI. Make a few slits on the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape during baking.
VII. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly inside.
VIII. Let the stromboli cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
