Cheesy Pepperoni Pizzadillas

Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Olive oil or cooking spray for the skillet

Directions:
I. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil or cooking spray.
II. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread 1/4 cup of marinara or pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla.
III. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, followed by a layer of pepperoni slices and black olives (if using).
IV. Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the toppings.
V. Place a second tortilla on top and press down gently.
VI. Cook the pizzadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
VII. Remove from the skillet, slice into quarters, and serve hot. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make additional pizzadillas.
