Paprika Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
I. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
II. Prepare the Potatoes:
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until the potatoes are evenly coated.
III. Bake the Wedges:
Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
IV. Garnish and Serve:
Remove the potato wedges from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot, with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
