Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
8 small cubes of mozzarella or cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Directions:
I. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
II. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
III. Place one cube of cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese and pinch them together to seal, forming a ball. Place the cheese-filled dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
IV. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
V. Brush the tops of each dough ball with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
VI. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
VII. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve warm.
